Riff Raff sleep toys have been designed to be used as a tool to promote sleep. Through the use of sound, comfort, and routine, these toys support babies and toddlers in falling asleep calmly and resettling.

• Made from ultra-soft polyester I am machine washable & tumble dry-able: I will be loved a lot. Unzip my head, remove my soundbox, and wash whenever you need. Wash after wash, I come up as fluffy and loveable as ever.
• I have a special soundbox in my head that allows my right ear to play white noise with a heartbeat and my left ear to play the MAGICAL Riff Raff Baby lullaby.
• My soundbox has two playback settings (20 minutes and 40 minutes), an adjustable volume dial, and the ability to store a special 20-second message for your baby.
• My blanket measures around 32cm x 32cm, and my head is about 13cm in diameter.
• I have been designed with safety in mind. Use my clever velcro strap on my paw to secure me to cribs and cots, making sure I stay securely where you want me for safe sleeping.
• Dummy holder. As I grow with your bub, my security strap holds a pacifier. No more lost pacifiers in the night yay!

When designing these guys we knew they would be used under some punishing conditions so they are completely machine washable.

Step 1: TAKE YOUR SOUNDBOX OUT
We recommend the following to keep them looking their best:

• Cold or warm wash only (avoid hot)
• Wash separately or use a delicates bag
• Can be tumble dried to bring back the fluff - warm only and by itself

If your pal is personalised, please only line dry only to prolong the life of the vinyl.

Care and maintenance of the pal falls into the customers hands once the pal is in your home. We encourage you to regularly check both your toy and sound box so that it continues to be a safe product for your child to use as intended.

We work hard with our suppliers to ensure that each of our products is constructed to the highest standard and looks as close to the online representation we provide. However, due to the hand-sewn nature of many of our products, each will look ever so slightly unique simply from the movement of the stuffing during shipping. We encourage you to give your pals a little smooshy love squeeze around the face when they come straight out of the box to help bring their little personalities to life.

Your Riff Raff Sleep Toy comes with its very own soundbox installed in the Sleep Toy’s head. The AA Battery sound boxes are only available in toys shipped from our USA warehouse.

• Please pull the tab at the back of the toy to activate the batteries in your sound box.
• There are 2 lengths of play on your sound box: 20 minutes (I switch) and 40 minutes (II switch).
• There are 2 volumes on your sound box for you to choose from.
• There are 2 sounds on your sound box: our unique lullaby and our white noise heartbeat.
• The magic really is in our lullaby on the 20-minute setting.
• To turn off, simply hold one of the buttons down for 3 seconds.
• Optimal sound is achieved once the sound box is inserted into the plush toy. The sound box is designed to be heard through the plush.
• These require 2 x AA batteries. Battery care is the duty and responsibility of the customer. We recommend removing the batteries if you are storing your sound box for an extended period of time to avoid aging, corrosion, and leaking. Do not mix old and new batteries.

• • Your soundbox is not water-resistant, so please avoid exposing it to damp or wet conditions. If it becomes damp, discontinue use immediately.
  • Avoid exposing your soundbox to extreme temperatures. Do not leave it in environments where you would not leave your child (e.g., parked cars in direct sunlight).
  • Do not throw, crush, break, or disassemble your soundbox. Doing so may render it unsafe for use and will void your warranty.
  • Please regularly inspect your soundbox for any signs of damage or wear.

Our Riff Raff Rarities, such as collectors' edition toys like Rudi the Reindeer and our Rainbow Bunnies, are available for a limited time each year and in limited quantities. Traditionally, these releases sell out VERY quickly (sometimes as quickly as 20 minutes), and once they're gone, they're gone. We encourage you to set your release day alarms and reminders.

Riff Raff Rarities are not permanent characters in our product range. If a Limited Edition toy is your first Riff Raff sleep toy and will become your little one's primary comfort pal, we recommend purchasing your backup toy at the same time because we will not have these available to access in the future.

Rarity releases often include limited edition personalisation colours. These colors are available on these characters only.

Please enjoy shopping for your Rainbow Bunnies. Buy what you need and leave some for others. We are aware of some instances where Riff Raff Rarities are resold through marketplaces. Riff Raff has no authorised resellers, so we encourage you not to purchase from anyone posing as a reseller as they will always be more expensive than buying from us directly. Please also be wary of any posts advertising Riff Raff Rarities with an excessive price tag and report them to the admins in the group. It is their responsibility to monitor the integrity of those groups and the posts that are approved in them.

Our newest Rarity, Dream the Bunny, is made of multicolour fabric, and as such, every single Dream the Bunny will have its own unique colouring. By purchasing the product, customers acknowledge and agree that there will be a variance in colour from what is displayed in the product image and what is received.
