If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

Additional Information on Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd predict what they may be. 

When ordering from Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing the shipment. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

We understand it is very difficult to know if an online purchase will meet your expectations. 

That is why we have a 100% risk-free returns policy.**

You buy it and our pal does not look like it was suppose to we will send you FREE postage labels to arrange the return. The following conditions apply:

• Items must be in perfect as-new quality (unused)
• Original packaging MUST be intact and included in your return to be accepted for Change of mind refund or Exchange.
• Bath Sets must be returned in the original packaging with 30 days for exchange.
• All personalised toys are exempt from this policy as per our Personalisation T&C
• Exchanges and Refunds will only be processed within 30 days of customer receiving the item (except for during Christmas **see below)
• All goods purchased through NQR sale's are exempt from returns policy. 

Over Christmas we will extend the usual period of returns and exchanges to between Nov 10th to Jan 10th.

If you did not purchase the item, you are entitled to an exchange ONLY

Please be aware that exchange or refunds will only be processed when the goods being returned have been received and confirmed as as-new quality.

Refunds will only be actioned to the accounts from which the goods were purchased.

Toys used in any way are excluded from the policy. 

Gifts exchanging for other characters will require proof of purchase from the giftee including the specific order number and name of person.
