Shipping policy

All orders on this store are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia.

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed before 8pm AEST/AEDT are dispatched the next business day.

Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order. Riff Raff Baby is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If your parcel is stolen from your property, as unfortunate as this is we encourage you to take this up with your local police. We can not be held accountable for property theft.

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

Deliveries

Once a parcel enters the postal network we can't be held accountable for its handling or for delays.

Please check your address details carefully at checkout. We're not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect address, or comes back to us undelivered, an additional postage fee applies to resend it. We'll contact you first to talk through your options.

Additional Information on Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd predict what they may be. 

When ordering from Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing the shipment.
