Personalized Products
For our Sleep Toy and Wash Day Spares, we offer personalization using Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV).
Please read on to ensure you understand the specifics of our product personalization service.
Heat Transfer Vinyl for Sleep Toy comforters and Wash Day Spares
We can add up to 12 characters (including spaces) and can include hearts, stars, or moons.
Colors: The current selection of colors available will always be displayed on our store, and you can use our real time personalization tool to see how the colors will appear on the product* (slight color variance may occur from your screen display to product display).
The entire name (and any symbols) is printed in a single color only. Multiple or alternating colors are not available.
Font: The font used is "Architects Daughter," as can be seen in the text sample below.
Our real time personalization tool on our store displays a representation of how your text will look and where it is positioned on the product. However, please note there may be some small variance from the display to the actual product.

Font Height: The size of the letters may vary slightly depending on how many characters are required (max 12) but typically will measure around 2 cm from top to bottom.
Wait Time for Personalized Products
We endeavor to personalize your product and get it out for delivery as quickly as possible; however, due to the intricate nature of completing this work, it may take up to 3 business days after placing your order to complete the personalization and dispatch your order.
Please note: selecting an express shipping option or click and collect does not shorten the wait time for personalization (3 business days); it only ensures that once the item is with the delivery company, it gets to you faster.
*Personalization time for Riff Raff Rarities may be longer than the above, and estimates will be advised with each product launch.
Spelling Errors/Order Changes
Due to the uniqueness of every name, it is YOUR responsibility to spell the name correctly, including capitalizing the correct letters.
You will receive an order confirmation after successfully placing your order; please check this confirmation to ensure you have spelled the name correctly.
If you identify an error (spelling or colour selection), please contact our customer service team IMMEDIATELY at help@riffraffbaby.com to let us know and request the change.
Our personalization team gets to work on your order as quickly as possible after it is placed (often within 6 hours). So if you request a change to your personalized product more than 6 hours after the order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate the change.
